Steps to Reproduce
- Use a high polling rate mouse
- Set mouse polling rate to 8k
- Go into an arena game and do rapid turns
- Check to see if 4k or 2k polling rate also produces fps drops
Explanation
High polling mice causes FPS drops and high stuttering when turning, even on a powerful pc.
Can happen with mice that can go up to 8k polling. Occurs on all types of machines even on low settings.
Happened to me personally only at an 8k polling rate but others have reported it happening at 4k or 2k polling rates.
