Frequent Loading Screen Freeze Before Game Start on PS4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a match
2. Wait in loading screen until the game starts
3. Game starts
4. Join game, unable to pick any loadout or faction

Explanation

(On PS4) At least ⅓ of the games I load into, I am unable to pick a faction and I am stuck on the loading screen until the game starts. I know this is a bug because it happens very frequently, and the millisecond that the game starts, the loading screen ends and I am able to join the game (without picking my faction or loadout)
