Steps to Reproduce
- Enter arena quick play.
- Equip a more precision weapon like a heavy pistol.
- Play through to the end.
- This should reproduce the listed issues.
Explanation
Lag, stuttering, rubber banding, delayed shots. all happening (every) game played in arena at the very least (as i have not played the other modes lately), making precision weapons near impossible to use, and general gameplay very poor. (Note frames are fine)
