  1. Launch the game
  2. Wait for five or so minutes
  3. Observe the error

Explanation

I get an Anti-Cheat Failed to Connect error and Account Sanction.

Five or so minutes after launching the game, I get the error.
I’m running an Intel 13th gen I9 processor and a Nvidia Rtx 490 laptop graphics processor
