Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Faction Ability [Chord] to LB+RB
2. Set RB to Aim Down Sights (Toggle)
3. Set LB to Create Portal Left
4. Attempt to use Faction Ability [Chord], but it does not work and shows no buttons mapped to it
5. Observe that Faction Ability is useless due to the lack of mapped buttons

Explanation

Cannot map LB and RB buttons when using Chord. Faction Ability becomes unusable.
