Steps to Reproduce

1. It's happened to me on xbox and pc, but it seemingly happens randomly.
2. It's happened on all versions of the game that i've played, since the beta to latest patch.
3. The player model has a lot of variation. Sometimes the skin will be far from the player like in the clip, and sometimes it'll be a couple of lines on the screen.
4. This is a very disruptive and common bug.

Explanation

Odd bug that happens with player models occasionally. It seemingly dispositions the player model and the camera. It makes shooting weird and it obstructs vision. I have a clip of it happening (sent). Emoting is the only way to fix the issue. Not sure of the cause or if it's noticeable to other players. This has happened to me over 10 times throughout my 20 hour playtime. The clip i sent is of it happening on console, but it has happened on both console and pc.
