Steps to Reproduce

1. Playing Meridian
2. Using the first skin unlocked through the season 1 battlepass
3. Playing takedown
4. Observe the scenario where the issue occurs
5. Note the frequency of the issue, approximately once per every 50 respawns
6. Attempt to fix the issue by dying and respawning
7. Observe the impact of the issue, which makes the game unplayable due to the camera being inside the helmet, obstructing the view
8. Check the system specifications: Windows 10, AMD Ryzen 5800x, AMD Radeon 6900xt, 32GB RAM, installed on an m.2 PCIe SSD, 1440p / 144hz

Explanation

Occasionally on respawn, the camera will be inside the helmet - obstructing much of the screen
