ranked wins are not counting points towards rank up, its not a problem with every player but some still have this issue and it has continued to go unnoticed and needs to be resolved

I'm not super knowledgable about pc stuff but sure thing! I have 32GB of RAM and a Ryzen 5 9600X 6-core processor
