Explanation

Every time i open the game im met with an "Unable to communicate with online servers" message and im unable to sign into the game. i can press retry but it fails and say login error.

Ive already tried pretty much everything on my end, restarting game/computer uninstalling reinstalling, tried a brand new steam account and that also did not work so i dont know what to do.
