Steps to Reproduce

  1. Play QuickPlay Arena Firecracker
  2. Make it round 3 (best of 3), tiebreaker round

Explanation

Firecracker icon appears over multiple players heads. After Patch 1.2 where it was stated "Fixed a visual bug in Firecracker that could cause the bomb indicator to appear over the heads of multiple teammates" this issue still occurs. This is particularly common in the neutral bomb tiebreaker round, which makes it hard to know if your team has bomb or not. Seen on Xbox Series X.
