Explanation

Friend invited me to a party. They were the party leader and queued us for ranked. I was on the menu screen, and the queue time was getting longer and longer, eventually reaching 16 minutes. I could see his character model (Sabrask with a rattler if it matters) in the little party member spot beside me). After a while I messaged them on discord saying I'd quit after 25 minutes of qing with no game and they remarked that had been in game and played a whole ranked game in that time, so the game must have bugged out and shown we were in a group and queuing for me whilst in reality they had actually played a whole game and I guess... not been in the party after all? Very bizarre!
