Conflict with RB binding after unbinding 'Alternating Portals' on Xbox controller

Steps to Reproduce

1. use default controller binds
2. unbind alternating portals
3. try to put anything else on RB
4. it will pop up a message saying you are conflicting binds with your ultimate(chord) and then removes your ult in place of RB

Explanation

Using the default binds, alternating portal is defaulted to RB on xbox controller. I have paddles on my controller, where i control my left and right portal with dpad inputs that are ran to my buttons on back of controller.

Where my issue lies is when i take off alternating portals off rb, im unable to bind anything back to RB without it disabling my Ult Chord which is Rb+LB. I want to set close portal to rb so i dont need to move my thumbs off analog stick o the dpad, but everytime i try to bind it to RB, It conflicts with my ult. It’s definitely a bug because alternating portal works with rb, but nothing else.
