- Downgrade to beta
- Select custom enemy highlight colors
- Update to release/current
- Get killed or use Hypersight
Explanation
Some highlight color chaos including enemies appearing blue and friendlies appearing white?
When I first started playing the game, I chose green and red as my friendly/enemy colors. After the game released, however, enemies began randomly appearing green in the kill cameras and while using Hypersight. I changed back to default, and the behavior appeared to persist.
Normally, regular friendly outlines are white (which is wrong). Regular enemy outlines are red. When Hypersight is activated, all highlighted enemies turn blue. When I die, the killer is highlighted in blue. The blue highlight persists for a brief period after respawning at which point it disappears.
I was hoping this would be fixed in the hotfixes but haven't seen anything, so here it is. As you can probably guess, this makes things quite confusing.
EDIT: Reinstalling the game didn't fix this.
