Random Server Connection Issues in NA East

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just que
2. Download exitlag, it will tell you ping of server you connect to.
3. Within 2 minutes of que, I get put into SA, EU, OR APservers. Probably 8/10 games I play.
4. Forcing your community into high ping when you prioritize net code, and dint even tell your community that’s what you are doing is beyond gross.

Explanation

Connecting to random servers still. I’m NA East constantly getting put in any server but my actual region.
