Steps to Reproduce

1. Opened the game daily since at least the 4th of July event
2. Tried to scroll down to read the full description
3. Pressed various buttons or thumb sticks
4. Observed that scrolling down is not possible

Explanation

For at least two events now, I cannot read the full description. It will not let me scroll down at all to read the whole event description.
