Game Crashes During Arena Matches Without Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Arena modes
2. In the middle of gameplay the game instantly exits
3. If I restart the game right away, I don't get the 'Reconnect' option
4. If I click 'Play', it says 'Matchmaking Failed: Party Members are in another lobby'
5. I had no party... it was just me
6. This issue has been happening since the patch about 3 weeks ago and has occurred 3 times in the past couple days since the new patch
7. It did not occur in alpha, beta, or first weeks after release
