Steps to Reproduce

  1. boot game
  2. join lobby
  3. hit enter key

Explanation

Hitting the enter key to type in chat scales down my game window. it doesn't even open chat. Hitting the enter key again, after my game window has scaled down, returns it to full screen, and still doesn't open the chat box.
