Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hit share screen on discord
  2. launch the game
  3. watch fps drops during random times of gameplay

Explanation

Only when streaming the game on discord(streaming the window or capturing the screen), there would be massive fps drops during gameplay, does not matter if you are in gun fights or not. The problem only stops when you stop screen sharing on discord
