Explanation

When going to neutralize a package and you have your shield on you kinda have to move your camera and click outside of the shield to neutralize it. So if you're next to a package and your shield is covering said package and you click through the shield to neutralize it it wont work. Idk if that's a bug or anything but I've stopped using the shield all together simply because it ends up being in the way more than it being helpful
