Multiple menus open when navigating top menu after suggestion submission

Steps to Reproduce

1. Submit suggestion
2. Wait for suggestion submit to complete
3. Close out of completion window
4. Click on any other top-menu button (not including chat, backpack, or the Roblox menu)
5. Close out of the other menu you opened; the bug report menu should then still be open

Explanation

After submitting a suggestion (may possibly apply to bug submissions as well?), using any of the other top menu buttons (Invite Friends, Events, Change Log, etc) will open their respective menu AND the bug report menu at the same time.
