Camera stuck facing one direction after blackhole formation

Steps to Reproduce

1. picked up blackhole package
2. carried it to containment station
3. opened the settings to upgrade the station
4. attempted to close settings after blackhole was formed and killed me.

Explanation

Camera locked in place facing one direction. Cant respawn to fix it or do anything that alters it.
