Steps to Reproduce

1. Start on a fresh account
2. Purchase the other delivery trucks
3. Check if the manual button to deliver packages for the other two trucks is not shown

Explanation

Purchasing two new delivery trucks cannot be manually sent out until fully packed with packages.
