Explanation

I had all my rows and my package box filled to the brim with packages YESTERDAY. And now THEY'RE ALL GONE. THE DAY AFTER. I rejoined my game TWICE and the only packages left are the ones I luckily put in the truck before leaving. Is there any way to fix this? If not I ain't rejoining this game til there's an update bc Im not wasting allat time again.
