Explanation
Hi! A few hours into the game I've set up bot and core production on the first island. Two of the bot production buildings give the yellow icon that says they are not connected to harvesters, but they both are. The harvesters are working, they collect bots from the building. The icon is just there. This has happened a few other times, though I can't remember details about it.
