Regression of:	#40 I dropped harvester, but attempting to link to building it refuses to link, I... This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Explanation

Not a big problem, just that I have the game in French and when there's a problem like full conveyors with a building not producing the resource, the nature of the error is in the format you probably have in the code, in English. I can decipher it but it would be cleaner to have a real error message rather than an error code.
