Explanation
Windowed resolutions do not account for the Windows Task bar or the window title.
Step 1: have a screen, 4k and odd aspect ratios help
Step 2: Attempt to for example, set the game in the center of a 21:9 screen, with some chat app in the remaining space
Step 3: No windowed resolution available in the game can accomplish this, you either cant see the menu of the game or the game is tiny.
