Regression of:	#21 Production has stopped on the second island. Miners won't produce Polyrock wh... This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Explanation

Two symptoms, first is furnace is getting fed polyrock, it goes in the furnace but no output on the belt. Second is the start of the same belt is connected to miners but no polyrock is being mined. It all started very suddenly in the middle of building a setup for superior cores on the most south island. I just noticed the setup died all of sudden and debugging I found that nothing was coming out of the furnaces anymore. Seems like performance issue maybe but my fps is fine. Tried to restart the game and reboot my computer but same issue when loading up the game again. Also when I setup a furnace on to the neighboring island, it works without issue. I am about 40 hours in to the playthrough
