Text labels not displaying in Demo version

Hi,
I am writing to report a bug in the free demo version of the game. All text labels appear to be missing or are not displaying correctly.

I have already tried to restart the game, but the issue persists and the labels still do not show up. Please find attached a screen recording of the bug for your reference.
