Explanation
One of my overflow splitters does not seem to be working correctly. I have two counters, with an overflow connected to a scrapper between them. For some reason, the incoming counter shows 105 instead of 120 as it should. The miners and furnaces also work on lower efficiency. While trying to troubleshoot it, there were times when the splitter didn't direct anything to the overflow.
As far as I can tell, this is the only overflow splitter that behaves this way. I've tried replacing it. The efficency went from 98 incoming to 105, with constant 98 on the outgoing belt.
So long as this bug is not common, it is not a big issue. I am just baffled...
