Improper output splitting by splitter after adding tunnel

Explanation

Seems like a splitter is splitting the output from a cutter 1/4, 3/4, instead of 1/2, 1/2
As seen in the video. Not sure why this would happen.
Changing it to 2 belts coming out actually fixes it back to 1/2-1/2
Adding a tunnel back in breaks it again.
