Explanation
I could not assign a drone to a building. Clicking on the asign drone button does nothing but make a click noise. I did relocate the initial Basic Core Facility. Restarting the game fixed the issue. I will not mark this as game breaking as I did not try to destroy my two Basic Core Faclities and see if the drones would work then.
