Explanation

Stampers with a stopped product line out of the main exit run constant if you have the side exit to a scrapper. it will also constantly eat yellow dye if the part is dyed before the stamper/scrapper even with no main product leaving the stamper. I figured the stamper would only run if each output had something to move?
