Explanation
Use a cutter to cut from 15/m to 120/m. The game tells you to put a splitter on the output to be able to output to 2 60/m belts. This works. Try cutting a flat 8x1x8 that is half white and half black. You will get 8 long sticks, half white and half black at 120/m. Using a sorter instead of a splitter only allows each belt to get 30/m. Sorter and splitter both say instant so it is strange.
