Explanation
As it seems the BetaHub can butcher the title, and ignores it in the word count, I'll repeat: severed hub links not relinked by "undo".
As in: move a linked hub away from the building it's linked to. This severs the link to that building. Undo. The hub moves back to the original position but link is still severed.
