Explanation

Cutter output 180 per minute.
After cutter I have Overflow Splitter (Instant)
In the end of the first belt I have Assembler with input 60 per minute
With my logic the second belt should output 120 per minute but it only has 60. (In the end of the second belt I have 120 per minute input, so no blocking)

60 items per minute just disappear, I think :) (or maybe just I have mind issues)
