Explanation
Game does not update freighter hub names in freighter settings menu if you rename hub when having the menu open, to reproduce it: 1. put down freight hub, 2. add freighter(or dont if you already have any existing) 3. open freighter configuration menu of individual freighter 4. edit name of any hub, 5. look at hub names in freighter menu and see that they arent updated and have old hub name. It updates the names only if you fully close this menu
