Explanation

At least, I think that's what is happening. Not sure if this is a bug, but I don't see what the rationale would be. Ideally, as the factory builder, I'd want it to be ready to pop a new item out as soon as there's room in the pad--so I'd like it to keep taking in items until it's full.
