Steps to Reproduce

No steps to reproduce

Explanation

1. Have a freighter route go to a destination.
2. Delete that destination.
3. Edit the route, see the destination is in red, and marked as missing.
4. Change that destination to one that exists. The Apply button doesn't enable. (Expected: The Apply button enables.)
5. Delete that destination from the route. Add a new route to the existing destination. The Apply button does enable.
