Explanation

I fairly often toggle efficiency view on and off with the hotkey to check on things. And I fairly often manage to break it. In that one of these happens...

• Turning it off, the view goes back to normal but the UI is all gone.
• Sometimes I can toggle efficiency view on and off still, sometimes not.
• Sometimes just the toolbar is missing. If I click the button for efficiency view on and off, sometimes it comes back. But then all the UI is gone and there's not much I can do about it.
• Sometimes I'm just stuck and have to save, leave, and load it up again.

The video shows one of these states I was stuck in, before I quit out and reloaded.
