Regression of:	#211 Demo, beginning second island. Newly placed factories are not producing anyth... This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Explanation

Skylines outputs "stutter" on exit. Less items are coming out then going in on some skylines. Makes the whole production line work below optimal. Tried to replace them, move them, nothing helps.
