Explanation

I think with updating to belt speed 240 m/s and still having oil riggs on 120 m/s some of the oil riggs bugged. they do no longer produces output and also all the items on the belt are no longer moving. I tried to delete and place new, but the oil riggs are no longer producing items. on other islands the oil still works perfect.
