Explanation
When I exit the game, Moduls.exe appears to have closed in Task Manager, but Steam remains stuck in the “Stopped” state.
In that case, the only way to get it back to normal is to close Steam.
Whether I exit from the main menu or save and exit, it behaves the same way.
