Explanation
After my session was interrupted by a power outage, reloading the autosave showed me the introduction video, but then my save loaded properly, except my 1 bought island was considered not bought (even though there were buildings on it), and some tech tree upgrades such as efficiency view don't seem to be unlocked in my save.
I had to spend one expansion permit to re-unlock the island, and I don't seem to have access to efficiency view at all in the save.
I am not sure about the exact steps to reproduce, but I unfortunately had multiple power outages in a row so that may be linked, twice I reloaded the save autosave, then I reduced the time between autosaves from 10 to 5 minutes, and then had another outage, and when I loaded a new autosave after that I observed the issues.
