Explanation
I have skylines fully upgraded at 240/m but it looks like the skyline leave gaps at random points which results in fewer than 240/m items being delivered onto the belt, it happened for different resources randomly, once with a full belt of oil, or a full belt of superior cores as well. I had to work around it by splitting and rejoining a belt using 2 skylines, so I'm not 100% sure how to actually reproduce since other skylines all seem to work fine. It only happened for a couple of them so far, but it seems to be happening across 2 specific islands, I've attached a screenshot with the minimap included in case that helps.
