Explanation
Skyline with 240 speed and 240 input doesn't yield items at that speed on the other side. Skyline "chokes" occasionally, giving only ~200 output on the other side. The belt is not blocked on the other side. Splitting the input over 2 skylines works as a workaround, but shouldn't be necessary, since single skyline speed is sufficient.
