Explanation

I unlocked the Yellow DataShard Salvager, but none of the yellow shards it creates are counted at the delivery hub. The amount of datashards available for tech tree upgrades does not go up. Furthermore, when I used a different older Salvager to create Yellow instead of Blue, the number of Yellow shards submitted actually dropped.
