Explanation

Accidentally removed a Freight Hub, thought it would be easy enough to replace it. I added a new freight hub, new name, and went to check/fix the routes. On the affected routes, one of the stops was properly marked as unavailable. I used the dropdown menu to change it to the new freight hub.
The bug: The "Apply Changes" button remains greyed out. I made several attempts, between changing the selected hub, changing pickup/dropoff, but the apply changes button was still greyed out.
This issue does not exist on other routes, they can be updated normally, only routes with errors have a disabled apply changes button.

Workaround: delete the freighter and re-add.
