Explanation

I'm sure I reported this before, but can't find it. It's just sitting there. For like ages. Using tons of disk access, RAM use going up and down, gigs of it, application unresponsive, Windows wanting to close it, the rest of the machine getting laggy.

Just saving works fine, only taking a few seconds. Save-and-quit takes minutes. Really frustrating if you want to shut down the machine but don't want the save to corrupt or something. I can't imagine what it could be doing, as the save clearly doesn't take long at all.
