Explanation

"The Superior Core Facility: Small" seems to have lost the conenction to its Harvester Pad (no visible connection when hovering, Harvester Pad has 0/4 connections) but cannot be reconnected because "Building already serviced by a drone".
In the save file the originally connected Harvester Pad is on the Island north-east of the SCF:S.

Player.log: I deleted repeating lines in the middle to match the 10MB requirement. (File was 27MB)
