General Portal Replacement Changes
Allow for dead players portals to instantly be placed over.
Also make it so that a closing portal doesn't deny a player portal placing on the same, or near spot. Maybe this could be achieved through portal buffering / priority so that when a portal closes yours would have priority to open when it becomes available, unless someone overwrites your portal in that time? Kind of hard to explain in text but I think yall get the picture, and just a potential solution.
Portal Snapping could have two priority checks, one if there is an enemy portal there, and then if there is it should always try to override the enemy portal before snapping to a corner. If there is an enemy portal there that can't be placed over, only then should it s*** to a corner or be placed next to it.
Fix the issue where placing a portal over another players while that player places the same portal in another location overrides the portal at the new location.
Maybe lower the time for a portal to be replaced as well, but make it so that if a player is recently (last 1 second) traversed a portal, the exit portal can not be placed over.
